Heartland Hospice, part of ProMedica, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive hospice care to patients with life-limiting illnesses in homes and facilities. The RN coordinates and delivers skilled nursing care focused on pain and symptom management, comfort, and dignity. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and updating care plans, administering medications and treatments, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The RN documents care accurately, participates in on-call rotation, and supports emotional and spiritual needs in alignment with our mission-driven culture.
