In this role, you’ll assist with patient assessments, carry out care plans, monitor vitals, and support mobility and daily living activities under RN and physician direction. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to promote optimal recovery, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
